Camellia plc (GB:CAM) has released an update.
Camellia Plc has announced a leadership transition with CFO Susan Walker not seeking re-election at the upcoming AGM and set to be succeeded by Oliver Capon. Capon, a seasoned finance executive with a background at Arthur Andersen and Shell Plc, will join as Finance Director Designate before assuming the CFO role. Walker will assist with the transition and remain on as a Non-Executive Director for certain company boards.
