Cambridge Cognition Finalizes Share Issue for Clinpal Deal

Cambridge Cognition Holdings (GB:COG) has released an update.

Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc, known for developing digital brain health assessment tools, has issued new shares amounting to approximately £0.3m as part of the contingent consideration for acquiring eClinicalHealth Limited. The newly issued shares are expected to be admitted for trading on the AIM platform of the London Stock Exchange by the end of July 2024. Post-issuance, the company’s total number of voting rights will stand at 41,940,413, a critical figure for shareholders to determine their notification requirements under FCA’s rules.
