Cambium Networks Delays 10-K Filing Amid Control Issues

Cambium Networks ( (CMBM) ) has released a notification of late filing.

Cambium Networks Corporation has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-K (Yearly Report) for the financial period ending December 31, 2024. The primary reason for the delay is the need for additional time to finalize consolidated financial statements and assess internal control over financial reporting, with identified material weaknesses in areas such as Allowance for Credit Losses, Customer Incentives, and IT General Controls. The company anticipates filing the report within fifteen calendar days following the prescribed due date. Cambium Networks expects to report a significant decline in revenues and an increased net loss for the year, with preliminary results indicating revenues of approximately $166 million and a net loss of $92 million. The company is actively working on improving its internal controls with oversight from its Audit Committee and external advisors. The notification was signed by Jacob A. Sayer, Chief Financial Officer, on March 31, 2025.
