Cambium Networks Corporation’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Archana Nirwan, is set to leave the company, with a formal separation agreement in place ensuring her employment until October 25, 2024, to facilitate a smooth transition. The agreement details continued salary and the vesting of equity awards through her departure, with the option to exercise vested options for a year following her termination.
