An announcement from Cambi ASA ( (DE:3W7) ) is now available.
Grønn Vekst’s 50/50 joint venture Minorga Vekst has secured a multi-year contract from IVAR IKS, an inter-municipal utility serving 12 municipalities in the Stavanger region, to receive, treat and dispose of garden waste and biosolids in Rogaland. Drawing on Grønn Vekst’s existing infrastructure and regional subcontractors, Minorga Vekst will manage reception, quality control, shredding, composting and logistics for around 12,000 tonnes of garden waste and 10,000 tonnes of biosolids annually, with the processed material used for local, peat-free bulk soil production under the Grønn Vekst brand. The service agreement, which starts in January 2026 and runs for five years with two potential two-year extensions, gives Grønn Vekst a contract share valued at more than NOK 100 million, underlining Cambi’s ability to win large-scale circular-economy contracts while the joint venture’s results will be recognised via the equity method rather than full consolidation in Cambi’s accounts.
