Cambi has signed an engineering contract with PC Construction Company to deliver thermal hydrolysis process design services for a Progressive Design-Build wastewater solids treatment project in Virginia, integrating THP with new anaerobic digesters serving multiple jurisdictions. Although below the company’s disclosure threshold, the deal deepens Cambi’s U.S. footprint and extends its long-standing collaboration with PC Construction and design-builder Stantec, with the project positioned as a key step toward more sustainable wastewater solids treatment in the state and THP operations targeted to start in 2030, pending a subsequent construction contract and Notice to Proceed.
