Calima Energy Director’s Holdings Shift

Calima Energy Ltd (AU:CE1) has released an update.

In a recent update, Calima Energy Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of director Glenn Ross Whiddon. Whiddon’s direct and indirect interests have shifted following the conversion of performance rights, resulting in an acquisition of 120,000 ordinary shares. Notably, Whiddon maintains no beneficial interest in the shares held by several listed entities controlled by Jane Whiddon.
