Calidus Resources Limited and its subsidiaries have executed Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCA) with the West Coast group, with three DOCAs already in effect, transferring operational control to the newly formed boards. The Deed Administrators are finalizing conditions for the remaining DOCAs, which includes a significant equity transfer application under section 444GA. Shareholders of Calidus Resources will be kept informed about the court process and the 444GA application’s progress.
