Caledonia Mining has disclosed that Toziyana Resources Limited, the company’s largest shareholder, purchased 7,457 Caledonia common shares on 22 December 2025 at a price of $26.83 per share. As a result of this transaction, executive director Victor Gapare, who is the settlor of the discretionary trust that ultimately owns Toziyana, now has an indirect interest representing 12.66% of Caledonia’s issued share capital, signalling further consolidation of insider-backed ownership in the group.
