Calculus VCT PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 833,854 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 56.65 pence each. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for the company stands at 67,864,800. The move is part of the company’s effort to manage its share capital effectively.
