Calculus VCT plc has announced a board change, with long-serving director John Glencross retiring from the Board of Directors while remaining closely involved through his role as Chief Executive of Calculus Capital Limited, the company’s investment manager. This structure preserves continuity and alignment between the Board and the Manager, maintaining stability in the trust’s investment oversight.
The company has appointed Alexander Crawford as a Non-Executive Director effective 1 April 2026, adding further investment expertise at board level. Crawford, who co-heads the investment team at the Manager and has been with Calculus Capital since 2015, is expected to strengthen governance and support the ongoing execution of Calculus VCT’s investment strategy.
