Calculus VCT PLC has announced an impending prospectus offer aimed at raising up to £20 million through the release of new ordinary shares in the 2024/25 tax year. This fundraising effort includes an over-allotment facility designed to potentially double the initial £10 million target. Details of this offer will be published in a prospectus in October 2024.
