Calculus VCT plc has launched an offer to raise up to £20 million for the tax years 2024/2025 and 2025/2026, with subscriptions now open until October 1, 2025. The company’s manager, Calculus Capital Limited, will serve as the promoter, receiving up to 5% in fees from the amount raised. The Financial Conduct Authority has approved the prospectus, affirming the offer’s fairness for shareholders.
