Calculus VCT (GB:CLC) has released an update.
Calculus VCT PLC has announced the successful allotment of 1,324,075 new ordinary shares at an average price of 59.93 pence each, as part of their subscription offer that began in September 2023. The shares are expected to be admitted to the FCA’s Official List and the London Stock Exchange’s main market by early September 2024. This recent issue brings the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights of the company to 72,181,123.
