Calculus VCT Expands Share Capital

Calculus VCT (GB:CLC) has released an update.

Calculus VCT PLC has announced the successful allotment of 2,992,248 new Ordinary Shares at an average issue price of 62.70 pence each, as part of its ongoing offer for subscription. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange by early August. Following this allotment, the company’s total issued share capital and voting rights now stand at 70,857,048.
