Moore Kingston Smith LLP has ceased to be the auditor as of February 17, 2025, and MacIntyre Hudson LLP, trading as MHA, has been appointed as the new auditor effective March 10, 2025. The transition is not associated with any circumstances that need to be brought to the attention of the company’s members or creditors, according to the outgoing auditor.
