Calculus VCT plc, a venture capital trust, has announced an allotment of 2,962,450 Ordinary Shares for the 2024/2025 tax year at an average issue price of 58.14 pence per share. This move is part of its subscription offer for Ordinary Shares, and applications have been made for these shares to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. This allotment brings the total number of shares and voting rights in the company to 77,221,975, providing a new basis for shareholders to calculate their interests under FCA rules.
