CALB Group Faces Patent Infringement Penalties

CALB Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:3931) has released an update.

CALB Group Co., Ltd. has been ordered by the Fujian Higher Court to halt all infringement activities related to Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited’s patent and to pay over 40 million yuan in damages and costs. The lawsuit pertains to a utility model patent on a battery product, and the court’s decision can be appealed to the Supreme People’s Court of China within 15 days. Aside from this case, CALB Group is not involved in any undisclosed litigation or arbitration matters.
