CALB Group Co., Ltd. faces a legal setback as the Fujian Higher Court ruled against them in a patent infringement case filed by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. The court ordered CALB and its affiliate to cease infringing activities and jointly compensate CATL with over RMB 58 million for economic losses. Despite this ruling, other claims by CATL were dismissed, and an appeal option remains available to CALB.
