Cake Box Holdings PLC has announced the grant of 374,286 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Awards to key management personnel, including the CEO, CFO, and CCO, with an exercise price of £0.01 per share. The LTIP Awards, which are part of the company’s 2019 incentive plan, will vest over three years contingent on the achievement of specific earnings per share (EPS) targets, with a further two-year holding period post-vesting.
