Sukh Chamdal, CEO of Cake Box Holdings PLC, a leading UK retailer of fresh cream celebration cakes, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 50,000 ordinary shares at 174 pence each on June 26, 2024. This acquisition bolsters his total ownership to 10,212,915 shares, representing a substantial 25.5% of the company’s issued share capital.
