Cairn Homes Reduces Share Count with Latest Buyback

Cairn Homes (GB:CRN) has released an update.

Cairn Homes has repurchased 193,180 of its own shares on both the Euronext Dublin and London Stock Exchange as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares, purchased at a volume-weighted average price of €2.1258, will be cancelled, reducing the company’s total shares in issue to 629,480,853. This move is likely to interest investors by potentially increasing the value of remaining shares.
