CaesarStone Schedules 2024 Annual General Meeting

CaesarStone Sdot-Yam (CSTE) has released an update.

CaesarStone Ltd. announces its Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 19, 2024, with key agenda items including the re-election of directors, re-appointment of independent auditors, extension of the Management Services Agreement, and renewal of indemnification agreements. Shareholders will also review the 2023 audited financial statements and are encouraged by the Board to vote ‘FOR’ all proposals. Shareholders have until August 7, 2024, to be eligible to vote and must submit proxies ahead of the meeting, with special voting requirements set for proposals involving controlling shareholders.
