Caesars Entertainment Shareholders Vote on Key Proposals

The latest update is out from Caesars Entertainment (CZR).

At the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Company, shareholders turned up in force, holding a quorum to vote on five key proposals. Directors were elected with a strong majority, while executive compensation and the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditor received the green light. Additionally, the Caesars Entertainment Second Amended and Restated 2015 Equity Incentive Plan was approved, ensuring competitive compensation for employees and consultants. However, a proposal to adopt a smokefree policy across Caesars Entertainment properties was notably rejected.
