Cadoux Limited Schedules 2024 Annual Meeting

Cadoux Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on November 7, 2024, at the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club in Western Australia. Shareholders are encouraged to vote in person, by proxy, or through an authorized representative, with proxy forms to be submitted no later than 48 hours before the meeting. The meeting will address key resolutions, including those related to management remuneration, with the Chairman authorized to vote undirected proxies in favor of all resolutions.
