Cabral Gold Inc. successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $2.26 million through the issuance of over 14 million units at $0.16 each. These funds are earmarked for the advancement of the pre-feasibility study at the Cuiú Cuiú gold district and for general working capital. The placement included participation from company directors, which was managed under specific exemptions due to related party transaction regulations.
