Cabka N.V., a company specializing in Reusable Transport Packaging, has announced its extraordinary general meeting on August 1, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key issues including the appointment of Alexander G. Masharov as the new CEO. Masharov, with a strong background in sustainable practices and management, is set to sign a management agreement with the company without a severance clause, including terms through the annual general meeting in 2028. The meeting will also address amendments to the management board’s remuneration policy.
