Corporación América Airports S.A. reported a 8.9% drop in passenger traffic in June 2024 compared to the previous year, with a slight improvement to a 6.7% decline when excluding the discontinued Natal operations. While domestic passenger numbers fell significantly by 20.3%, international traffic saw a rise of 9.4%, suggesting a shifting trend in travel patterns. Cargo volume saw a modest increase of 4.3%, despite an overall 10.5% decrease in aircraft movements across the company’s operating countries.
