C3 Metals Inc. has successfully secured $4.5 million through a fully subscribed private placement, aiming to fund exploration programs in Jamaica and Peru, as well as for general corporate purposes. The placement involves the sale of 15 million common shares at $0.30 each, with the closing date set for October 9, 2024, pending regulatory approvals. The funds will primarily support the company’s efforts in discovering and developing significant copper and gold deposits.
