C-MER Medical Holdings Limited’s Chairman and CEO, Dr. Dennis Lam, has increased his shareholding in the company, purchasing 1,174,000 shares at an average price of HK$2.05 per share, which represents an approximately 0.094% increase in the issued share capital. Prior to this, Dr. Lam and his spouse held approximately 55% of the company, which has now increased to 55.10%. The company confirms that its public float still meets the listing requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange post-purchase.
