C-MER Eye Care Holdings Limited has announced a rebranding to C-MER Medical Holdings Limited, including a new company name, stock short name, logo, and website. The changes reflect the company’s new identity and will take effect in June 2024, with the stock code remaining unchanged. These changes will not affect shareholder rights or the company’s operations and existing share certificates will remain valid.
