Dr. Dennis Lam, Chairman and CEO of C-MER Eye Care Holdings Limited, has increased his shareholding in the company by purchasing 792,000 shares for HK$2,076,960 between July 15 and July 17, 2024. This acquisition raises his and C-MER Group Limited’s total ownership to approximately 54.95% of the issued shares. The company has confirmed that its public float still meets the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements post-purchase.
