Lee brings a wealth of experience from his current role at GE Commercial Engines and Services and previous finance leadership roles at several major corporations. His compensation package includes a $700,000 base salary, potential cash incentives matching his base, and long-term equity awards totaling $1.8 million, along with a signing bonus and additional benefits designed to ensure a seamless transition and align his interests with those of the company.
