C.banner International Holdings Ltd. has announced a special general meeting to be held on June 27, 2024, in Hong Kong, where shareholders will vote on a resolution to reduce the company’s share premium account to zero and transfer the balance to the contributed surplus account. This restructuring aims to facilitate the payment of a special dividend of HK$0.13 per share and allow for the offsetting of accumulated losses and future dividends. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for voting if they cannot attend the meeting in person.
