Bytes Technology Group plc has announced an application for a block listing of 475,000 ordinary shares to be traded on the London Stock Exchange’s main market, expected to be completed by July 30, 2024. These shares are intended to fulfill the company’s employee Sharesave Plan options when exercised and will be equivalent in standing to the current issued shares. Bytes Technology Group plc is currently listed on both the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges.
