BXJC II Holding Amends INFOCOM Tender Offer

Infocom Corporation (JP:4348) has released an update.

BXJC II Holding KK has announced amendments to its tender offer statement for shares of INFOCOM CORPORATION, following the receipt of clearance from the Japan Fair Trade Commission. The amendments are detailed in a press release but do not change the original purchase conditions of the offer. This follows BXJC II Holding’s initial decision to acquire INFOCOM shares, as listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
