Dynamic Group Holdings Limited ( (AU:BWE) ) has shared an update.
BWE Drilling Ltd has announced its voluntary delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) following shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting. The delisting will be effective from October 25, 2025. Shareholders are advised to sell their shares before this date as the company’s securities will not be traded on ASX post-delisting. The Australian Meat Industry Superannuation Trust, the majority shareholder, has offered to acquire remaining shares off-market at $0.28 per share. Shareholders who do not sell by the delisting date will retain their shares, but future sales will require off-market private transactions.
