BW LPG Limited shareholders approved a scheme of arrangement for the company to transition from Bermuda to Singapore, with a final court hearing scheduled for June 20, 2024. If sanctioned, the company anticipates the re-domiciliation to be effective around July 1, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and conditions. This move is part of the world’s leading LPG vessel operator’s efforts to integrate and streamline its services.
