BW LPG Ltd has successfully obtained court sanction for its scheme of arrangement to redomicile from Bermuda to Singapore, with the process expected to finalize on or around July 1, 2024. Upon completion, the company will operate with a new registration number and shares will trade under new ISIN and CUSIP codes on the Oslo and New York Stock Exchanges. The transition, commencing around July 5, 2024, is pending the final stages of approval and the receipt of new trading codes.
