BW LPG has successfully acquired and taken delivery of 11 out of 12 Very Large Gas Carriers from Avance Gas Holdings, issuing 1.35 million new shares as part of the deal. This acquisition strengthens BW LPG’s position as a leading operator in the LPG shipping sector, with Avance Gas now holding a notable share in the company.
