Blockchain Venture Capital Inc. (BVCI) has successfully concluded a non-brokered private placement offering, raising $1.798 million through the issuance of over 2.3 million units. These funds are earmarked for corporate expenditures and general working capital. Additionally, BVCI has amended an agreement with Jiangsu Hengwell Information Technology Co. Ltd., extending the payment deadline for blockchain technology development to the end of 2026.
