BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. is expanding its presence in the Chinese market by setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hainan Province to strengthen sales channels, particularly for its reuse service of high-end products. The new venture, named BuySell China Co., Ltd., will capitalize on the high demand for Japanese domestic reuse products in a region frequented by wealthy tourists. The subsidiary is scheduled to commence operations in January 2025 and is not expected to significantly impact the company’s consolidated business results for the fiscal year ending December 2024.
