Buxton Resources Limited has announced the issuance of new fully paid ordinary shares, which are to be quoted on the ASX under the security code BUX. The shares are being issued as compensation for drilling and earthmoving services provided by Topdrill P/L and Zanil P/L at the Graphite Bull project, as well as for investor relations services by MarketOpen.
