Buxton Resources Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Seamus Cornelius, who has acquired 352,942 BUX Shares and 176,471 BUXO Options, valued at $30,000, without disposing of any securities. The change, which occurred on the 26th of July 2024, was part of his participation in the company’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP), and post-transaction, Cornelius holds over 2.9 million shares and more than 1 million options in various classes.
