Butn Limited (AU:BTN) has released an update.

Butn Limited has released a corporate governance statement detailing their compliance with ASX Corporate Governance Principles, maintaining transparency through available board charters, performance evaluations, and diversity policies. Despite full compliance in most areas, they fall short in board nomination committee composition, as they do not have a majority of independent directors. Butn is also committed to increasing gender diversity at senior levels, targeting at least 40% female representation in future recruitments.
