Butn Limited, an innovative Australian B2B funder, has successfully completed its Institutional Entitlement Offer, raising around $0.8 million through the issuance of over 15 million new shares. The new shares are expected to be issued and commence trading later this month. Additionally, the company has launched a Retail Entitlement Offer for eligible shareholders to potentially raise an additional $4.2 million.
