Buscando Resources Corp. has announced the termination of its amalgamation agreement with Emergent Waste Solutions Inc., a deal that was initially publicized on September 18, 2023, to acquire all outstanding shares of EWS. No penalties will be incurred by either company due to this termination. Trading of Buscando’s common shares on the Canadian Stock Exchange, which was halted following the transaction announcement, is expected to resume shortly after approval by the exchange.
