Buru Energy Director Streitberg Steps Down

Buru Energy Limited (AU:BRU) has released an update.

Buru Energy Limited has announced that Mr. Eric Streitberg ceased to be a director of the company as of August 15, 2024. Prior to his departure, Streitberg held a significant stake in the company with 18,776,068 ordinary shares registered in his name and an indirect interest in an additional 2,910,211 ordinary shares through his 100% ownership in Aegis Exploration Pty Ltd and Streitex Pty Ltd.
