Buru Energy Limited has announced the appointment of David Maxwell as a director of the company effective from July 29, 2024. According to the initial director’s interest notice provided to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.1, Maxwell currently holds no securities in the company either as a registered holder or otherwise, and has no interests in contracts related to the company.
