Burley Minerals Ltd. has appointed Dan Bahen as the new Non-Executive Chairman, bringing over two decades of capital markets and financing experience in iron ore and lithium sectors to the board. Bahen, an investor since Burley’s IPO and holding a 5.1% interest, is set to enhance shareholder value, especially in the company’s iron ore projects. The company also acknowledges the contributions of outgoing Chairman Bryan Dixon, who will continue as a Non-Executive Director and consultant.
